Delivery is free on every order across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

How long it takes
Every order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery then takes an estimated 6 to 12 working days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, except on public holidays: orders placed at the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it in real time.

Still waiting?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation, email contact@cinnovera.com and we will refund you in full.

90-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your Cinnovera products, you can send them back unused and in their original packaging within 90 days for a full refund.
